Why do you think it will be free? In beach bum in there release notes they said the cars will be free etc. In the release notes for vday they never mentioned it being free.

 

And danes you may have been the very last person I ever dupe too.

Yeah, There's no way to "Get" money without facing some type of consequence.

it replaces the car in the slot, so if you have a car you like you'll want to keep that spot.

They are probably adding the other content now races, death matches, missions. If everyone remembers the beach bum pack, the content was added later in the day after the initial update download.

Nah I asked if it was going to be free tomorrow. There are some rumors that it will be free for valentines day only. Dunno, just a rumor.
