•The amount a Vehicle can be sold for immediately after modding it (without Insurance and a Tracker) in LS Customs has now been capped.

So this would mean it doesn't affect your OWNED PURCHASED vehicles or vehicles off the street AS LONG as you put a TRACKER AND INSURANCE ON THEM FIRST.

ONLY the vehicles people were modding to give to others to get quick money should be affected. R* is pretty much eliminating all ways to money launder to others in the game.

Just copied this from se7ensins. Not taking credit, just showing you guys there are some dupe methods that may work. Haven't tried myself, but let's hope this is the one.

 

3 People needed. Duper must be the host. Make sure the dupee has an insured vehicle in place of the vehicle they want. It will be replacing a vehicle in the same spot. The dupes can be sold for full retail price (good thinkin Poseiden32 )

 

Everyone enter duper's garage

 

duper set spawn location as last location and stand outside

 

dupee set spawn location as apartment and stay in garage.

 

other person stays in garage and watches.

 

duper, leave gta online

 

dupee, leave gta online immediatly after the duper.

 

person watching, sit and invite dupee first.

 

Dupee should be in apartment, do not enter garage yet.

 

person watching invite duper.

 

 

once everyone is back in the lobby, dupee can enter the garage and take whatever car they want and drive it out!

 

dupee drive the vehicle you want out, walk back into your garage, and drive any vehicle out and then back in. The vehicle will then dissappear from outside and into your garage.

 

Do with it what you please!

I don't think that works. The buffalo I have was selling for 120k before the patch and know it sells for 10k.

No I drove few of my buffalos tracked with insurance to LSC 10k only it was still showing 700k for the a dders I had but that is because they where duplex to believe I bought them.

Well my theory is wrong then lol, UNLESS R* has found a way to FLAG DUPED/CERTAIN vehicles like Frank's buffalo that were never supposed to be online anyway and they are part of the 10k cap at LS Customs.
