Anyone know if you have a twin turbo car and it gets destroyed and you have to get it back from insurance do you lose the twin turbo?

Kinda off topic but does anyone know how to save a car as a gta.vb instead of gta.vv or does it not matter for hex editing.

So am I right in assuming that you can only paint the lifeguard blazer if it's missing one or both accessories? (Board and first aid kit)

 

I notice when you get both on the lifeguard it turns back to its original color.

For hex editing I use PSIN. its in the Block section of the Save editor
