This forum just went from [PS3]Vehicle Requests/Duping to just showing off cars/COLORS. I thought they had a different post for that called [GTAO] Screenshots Topic: Custom Rides and garages edition .... Thumbs down on that one.

No showing the cars people request in the colors they want, then showing them dif colors for ideas for when they mod the cars. You want a car just request it shall be done or not depending on whom is doing them. And they dun offer them for duping on the screenshot. But thats my take on it.

 

I maybe wrong guess ask a mod to clarify it.

I made the same thing today! Ha! I made my license plate say "CHRSTINE" instead of "COB 241" though...i forgot that was the plate....

I have changed the window tint blocks in hex editor to 04-11, they all look same default colors to me though so I assumed it's only possible with jb ps3 as well as bulletproof windows.

Not that I know of, people have tried but it seems to be a texture (just like rust is a texture, not a color itself).
