So i guess you don't have the option in hex editor to change the tint of the windows. Might just be for modded consoles.

Tank method? When you replace the car with this method, it insures it.

strange my friend brought an elegy and i tried the tank glitch and it didn't insure

Confirmed Changing WheelType works!

 

Just a hunch.

Would it be possible to use the wheels from bikes on cars or is that pushing it.?

 

 

How do I do this? Do you just replace a bike with the blazer, like you go to get car rims on it by replacing a car?
