Wonder if he changed <WheelType>VWT_OFFROAD to <WheelType>VWT_BIKE on the blazer. Or maybe also changed other values too like <vehicleClass>VC_OFF_ROAD to <vehicleClass>VC_MOTORCYCLE. Any ideas? Here is a vehicles.meta file that shows the values.

What do tsunamis mean? Someone told me that they don't have a jb ps3 so they can't do tsunamis. Anyone know?

Btw guess who's spawning all by himself in public sessions... thats right I am l, no idea why :(

It's a flood mod. City is under water. Oh, a legit Tsunami in Gta lol. I thought it was a mod to make duping vehicles easier or something like that. I was like wtf... I didn't evwn ask for a tsunami lol.
