No it's done in the game files itself .rpf I could replace my ones with .rpf that will let me have cop cars etc. I am presuming thats roughly whats been done there iso modding sort of thing. But if it's via saveeditor then you's guys best frig around and find the hex code for it lol.

They did it via RTE....or real time editing. People can use it to change their car and or mods in...well, real time :p

That pretty much excludes any chance of it being .rpf...oh man...I am so excited...

SH*T...although the actually lights and sirens could be done with a save editor it won't stick without ISO mods :(

I can confirmed it's impossible via HxD, I spent 3 hours comparing codes block by block.

Ya know...I really hate Rockstar right about now. The cars I would have. I would've gotten away with it if it weren't for those meddling developers.

The really annoying thing is I know how we could have stored banned cars after 1.06...but as of the auto checks brought in by 1.08 it won't work anymore...the tracker gets wiped immediately...

Anyway...it's back to the drawing board...

Someday. . .

You have heavenly blue, hells blue, and haunted blue, everything is the same just change the first color. So heveanly is brushed black steel. Hells is metallic black. Haunted is matte black.

I haven't seen Haunted Blue. Unless I have it in my files xD

Hell's and Haunted, do they have Cast Iron Silver as Secondary?

Well, I'm too busy to navigate this site. Do you know how much $$$ you can get before you get banned? I've heard people are being banned because R* said $2mil in one day and your screwed. But I know a guy with a few billion...

The numbers for normal cars are kind of easy if you know how many types of hoods,bumpers,spoilers etc the car has. So like if a car has 4 spoilers and you want the third one type in 3 in spoilers in advanced options. This worked for me anyway

how does that work if cars have like Chasis, Truck Bed, or custom parts that the editor doesn't have?

Said this a few times, nobody seems to have interest in it?

 

I think a blank crown victoria (Stanier II) would be a sweet car to have, not sure if you can store taxi with tank glitch.

Duuude,they are everywhere in SP,literally.. just drive around town abit,youl find it & technically the Sultan in V is just a Sultan with & RSlivery when you upgrade the chasis,Sultan RS is the wicked 2 door one from IV,that ACTUALLY sounds like a turbo
