Still don't work when running as an admin

Then it is probably antivirus, see if you can add exception.

thats why i said to turn it off, to see if it will work. I tried with my last antivirus to make an exception but it wouldn't allow it. So changed to avg

Just turn off ur anti virus when editing then turn it back on.

I am liking the new feature of the "easyness' with the new colors now just in the dropdownbox I just learned yesterday how to make these colors and now he makes it easier :p

If you have windows 8.1 turn off smart screen and open a new copy of the save editor that you downloaded and it will open.

I turned everything off , meh still doesn't work , I don't wanna bother you guys more :D

 

Well I hope someone can still find the problem otherwhise ur always free to request any vehicle you'd like

(except tow trucks)

There something I've noticed , when I downloaded it , it stopped around 10 Mo and then said done . But It's 20 Mo right ? Now I'm looking at the older version that I've installed and it says 19 Mo . The new version says 10 Mo , that's weird .

All right finally working ! For those that had problems with launching the new version , try to re download it . I downloaded it from here : http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/threads/release-obtain-any-vehicle-in-gta-o-retail-xbox.1006043/

 

When it'll ask you to update, it'll download , it should say after a couple of seconds ''Not working'' ( you know like it does sometimes , when a program freeze ) . All you gotta do is wait now , it should say Download Complete after a couple of mins . :D

 

Well that's how it worked for me , hope it does for you . :) I might been the only one having this problem lol

Directly bring the cars online and just give the car without tracker
