Here is a save file for the save editor which surposedly gives the cars 2 turbos i created it myself and the turbo is blacked out in the editor so it does work on paper atleast how ever i see little to no difference in game.

Anyone on now having problems joining sessions? I'm able to get in random or invite only but get "unable to join session" every time I get invited or invite some one.

I don't think the twin turbo makes much difference to be honest unless it works better on different cars like slower cars

The twin turbo works best on cars that don't have full acceleration. Even then it's a very minimal difference

If you know where the brake value is in hex editing then i'd try it, i wouldn't expect them to be anything too great tho.
