I guess I am not like most of you...I really want franks buffalo but I never wanna be in CP again.

Howd you end up in CP in the first place? lol I remember I was joining all your survivals then one day I can't join because you're a cheater.

But if you want Franks Buffalo PM me and I can give one to you.

Shared a bounty with a buddy after Rockstar told me to enjoy the money...I am out now and dont wanna go back...I am not a modder and I came across quite a few in there that could fly around the map ( literally ) and had rocket miniguns, thank my lucky stars for passive mode...Anyways back OT...I just dont want this to be another reason for me to be put in there...I do love that car though.

Gah quote didn't work right.

Don't see hwo that will put you back in cp. None of us has been put in because we duped cars. Me and 2 others got in cheaters cause of giving money etc but not for duping cars.

And I think if that was the case everyone in here be in cp.

Nods people can correct me If I am wrong, but I believe Franklins Buffalo shows up now on the social club page for online or something. But if you don't feel right about it then don't get a dupe. But it's a beautiful car when I was playing this game properly that was the one car i used most, that and the sultan.

All the cars that are duped in here technically don't have 'mods they shouldn't' there extras that are physically in the game,it's just what that R* have limited us to some & then programs that people use, then access these extra features, maybe not completely legitimately, but it's still there to be used...

HxD hex editor download link, http://download.cnet.com/HxD-Hex-Editor/3000-2352_4-10891068.html

Click spoiler for secret colors hex codes and basic hex editing tutorial :)

I recommend giving each car a custom name license plate. Makes it easier to locate in the PSIN block when you extract it from the game save editor as pictured below my Adder is ALLOY

part1_zps405f63dd.png?t=1389060685

After you have your cars in the 4 car garage you want to deal with click Save. Then at the bottom of the menu select BLOCK on the menu to the left in the game save editor and highlight the last option on the right PSIN and click extract.

part2_zpsca58a50c.jpg?t=1389060690

You will have a file PSIN.GTAVB this needs to be opened in your hex editor. I will be using HxD Editor.

It will look like this next screen. The dialog box on the right is my search box, it was opened by hittingCTRL+F. To search for license plates you need to use [Text-String] to search for a hex code you will use [Hex-values]

part3_zpsf002f625.jpg?t=1389062388

After hitting Okay on the search you will come to where your License plate value is.

It will be highlighted on both the left and the right. You can change your plate at this point again, just need to do it on the right hand side not in the hex unless you know what the letters are.

part4_zpsd6f4e231.jpg?t=1389062198

Picture is bad, but i will explain this screen.

Black outline is the hex area for this car - the Adder

The Green is the hex area for the license plate 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

The Red is for the Car colors. its in 3 blocks of 4, 00 00 00 9C is the 1st color 00 00 00 9C is the second color and the third block is 00 00 00 00 is the pearlecent.

The Wheel color is Blue 00 00 00 57

The car itself is in Purple 00 00 00 00

The hex blocks that are in bold are the only values that are changed.

The values in between the the wheel code and the car code are all the different places for the parts and their upgrades. I did not document them all as i can see what i want in the regular editor or at actual LSC in game. I have only been using the Hex editor to use some paint codes that were not available for wheels or the car via the menu in the program. This is where those wanting to Frankenstein cars can benefit from this area. I tried seeing if i could pull the hex from a Merc Mesa for the cage and place on a regular Mesa. It simply did not show up. I think some of that info lies in the vehicle.meta file leaving it to be an ISO mod. I may be wrong. Some vehicles have body codes that may show something that is not available via the LSC menu in game.

If you want to start mapping out the parts areas in hex your going to need 2 PSIN.GTAVB files with a slight change. here is an example. I went back to the Game save and changed the Wheels to find the hex location. Here are my 2 files:

part10_zps419fddf7.jpg

To import them in HxD Editor you have to Select Analysis -> File Compare - Compare

part7_zpsa054d4fc.jpg?t=1389065300

you will load the two files and click okay:

part8_zps828fce3f.jpg

It will show you what your original file was and where you made the change in Wheel type and what that value was. I went from a Stock Sport wheel to a Stock Split Six. - This is how you can map out where the part locations are and what thier values are.

part9_zps49ad8d43.jpg?t=1389065300

After you are done editing Save this file and then you will need to import that PSIN file back to your game save.

Go back to your game save editor to import the file after you saved it in your hex editor. Instead of selectig Extract you will now select Replace and navigate to the PSIN file you extracted to import it

part5_zps45d0e1ec.jpg?t=1389060703

After you import it back to your game save, Save it in Your game save editor.

part6_zpsa834174a.jpg?t=1389060705

you can now inject that file back to your thumb drive and insert into your xbox>

NOTE:

Things to be aware of.

+ I have noticed when trying to edit a car i was in the code locations are different than that of the garages.

+ Colors you edit that are not in that menu like Kifflom 9D will show in game although they don't reflect in the editor.

If you have any questions please PM me. I feel bad enough taking this thread off topic, but this IMO is essential for us modders, dupers and collectors of cars.

Nods people can correct me If I am wrong, but I believe Franklins Buffalo shows up now on the social club page for online or something.

I have been searching for it with no luck.

Cars with 2 turbos??? Does that make them unbeatable in races?

nah you either got to bring it in via sp/mp or ask someone to do it for you

It will still look rusty, but with some colors like purple, matte white and chrome it won't look so bad. Wish there was a clean version

Want a Nemesis?

I seem to recall that some people are pretty interested in his motorcycle.

I saw one being ridden so I jacked it. I was riding away from the scene of the crime and saw another one.

I don't want this bike, now I'm holding two for the first two people to come along and claim them. Bone stock, not tracked or anything.

I'm online now. I'm patient enough to wait maybe 10-15 minutes for them to be claimed. I'm alone in an invite-only session. Send me a friend request, mention "Nemesis" in the message, and I'll invite the first two to do that in.
