Was messing around with flo blue, when I came across something weird. I set the color on Trevor's Frogger, and it came out fine, with Trevor's paint on it and all, but when I turned away from it and came back, it looked like this.

 

 

There isn't an FIB Frogger listed in the save editor. Could it be something in the values, or just a random glitch?

Well Trevor steals the TPI Frogger from the FIB, maybe for some reason it loaded in the old decal instead of TPI? Were you on a save file from before the mission where he steals it possibly? However it was done it looks quite cool. A classic black Feogger with FIB on it would look quite awesome.

You need to drive a car in there with bulletproof tires, save the game, then change the car into a bike using the save editor. Load up the save and you have a bike with BP tires.
