Can someone make me a vehicle file of any car with Pea Green as the color(s)? Haven't found any answers on how to do it, and my multiple attempts over the past 2 hours have failed. Charles doesn't seem to stick to my single player vehicles for some reason, only multiplayer vehicles..

How is everyone getting yankton plates on their cars and how do you get the bullet proof tires to stick?

Can you pm me a tutorial too for custom plates and yankton plates on the hazard save editor?

All u need to make things yourself with Yankton plate, no hex editing.

In case some of you didn't know, extract the Yankton plate save then put the file named "Yankton license plate" on ur desktop, in save editior, click on replace vehicle with the Yankton license plate file( it will be adder with MIRICLE Yankton plate then change the car u want but do not touch the plate section, manually adjust what mods u want, easy.

So thats how you get yankton plates. 2 questions.. If you change vehicle in save editor does the plate stick? And can you change the actual texts from MIRICLE to something else

yes just dont mess with the plates option and dont press the max all upgrades button and you will be fine
