How do you unlock all the character slots?

That's a great question I'd like to know as well

Cant. I thought you could after nickraph was talking about his 8 garages. Looked it up all over and the same result, no one knows how or if you can unlock all the character slots.

 

I know I'm late as hell on this, but the other 3 character slots are your single player slots. They are accessible, just play SP. That's what R* told me when my cheater pool clock stared going backwards, hope it helps.

Only for certain wheel types dude. Wheel types like solidus, ice shield will come with white walls. Those in the picture I believe is either the trackstar or racer wheel type which will have atomic custom tires

The good old fashioned nemesis bike. Snax and I had hunted for days on end to find one of them damn things. Figures, the day he got sucked up in the cheat pool vacuum i found one.

 

A week after he got out we found 6 in the same server. Some being ridden by npc's, some parked random places.
