So what was the patch for ? 1.09 herd few people got it lastnite but I was too sleepy to do anything . I got it now but didn't notice anything change

they patched rp glitches for lester, change bad sports name, accept and decline money option

Last night I randomly drove past a red burrito van that had like two big stickers on the side, one said something about Pharte Gas, also had some ladders on top, anyone else ever see that before?
