Just preety much the appt sell glitch mate,but if you wanna dupe a blazer,you gotta have of mastered the dark arts and spin around twice and shoot a grenade in the air and whilst in mid air you must shoot it,I joke I joke ,but yea that may aswell be the glitch,its that tempremental haha

No - Youre about 2 1/2 patches too late to own one. Make one in storymode, I visit my unmarked crown vic atleast once a week
