Unable to change job settings when hosting

Right.

 

So I've noticed something today to which I thought was a glitch yet the problem persists.

 

I've hosted a good amount of Deathmatches and Races today and I can't change Deathmatch type (normal/team), Time Limit, Target Score or in races the laps, class, hell even the weather and time of day.

 

Is this a glitch or is it intended? If this turns out to be intended, it has to be one of the most preposterous and brain dead maneuvers R* could have ever done.

this glitch also affects missions,you can't change difficulty

the quickest fix is restarting your console

Yeah, basically get off gta and than get back on, restart etc; this exact thing happened to me and I just dashboarded on xbox and it went away.
