Is the source reputable?

 

The Stories were Playstation Exclusive originally, so, if it is true then that 'Exclusive' factor is now redundant which means we could even be getting a PC version for their individual 10th Anniversaries (As it won't be mobile versions if they are already released) :)

That I am not sure but this tells you for Rockstar, exclusive means time exclusive and it will always be the case for their games.

Actually, GTA IV was meant to be a PS3 exclusive (because Sony originally wanted GTA to stay a PS2 exclusive but Rockstar told them that they should go f*ck themselves (not really) and released VC and III on PC and XBOX. Later they thought of slowly making it an exclusive by starting off with LCS, and then VCS and then they made a deal with Rockstar to make GTA a PS exclusive, which they agreed with, but Microsoft hopped in and paid R* $75 Million to cut the exclusivity, and probably because they paid such a massive price, they made a deal with R* to make the DLC's time exclusives.

Afterwards Sony asked if they have something else for them so Rockstar decided to start working on Agent.

 

I'm actually glad MS paid that, we would probably never see GTA on PC (a platform that started the GTA franchise) ever again.

 

Now I hope Rockstar releases LCS and VCS on Steam for the PC version while they're at it.

Hope that the construction will be easier to export, like IDE/IPL and maybe normal names for files, no more Worlds

No they aren't?? Playing those games on an emulator on a phone is a pain in the butt.

 

I think LCS and VCS on mobile make more sense than 3, VC and SA for some reason. But yeah I'd really like a modernized version of the top down GTAs on mobile rather than LCS and VCS.

Sorry if i bump the thread....but the game will be using the same engine? Or it will have multiplayer?

Here are my opinions...The engine will not be the same ad ps2/psp version..probably the graphics will be more advanced.

And about multiplayer...i don't see how rockstar can add multiplayer to an android game...(im taalking about the internet one..playing with friends from all the world.) First off, not too many people got good tablets and phones...so there will be a massive lag on multiplayer...maybe a local lan multiplayer...but no internet multiplayer.

 

Then...they should add some missions skip things and missions replay.

f*ck this sh*t. If they can make an IOS version, they can definitely make a PC version. I hope they release it for PC as well.

I was kinda hoping they do Max Payne 2 on mobile first, then LCS.

 

From that article I'm guessing that this won't just be a port with minor changes?
