1.10 crate drop still bugged?

I know the patch notes say it's been fixed, but I don't think it has been. I want the t-shirt from the special crate drop. I spawned in a session, it said special crate drop inbound in 3 hours. So I call my Buzzard and wait in the centre of the map. It drops down by the Maze bank building and I get there first. I got the message that it dropped. I didn't expect there to be guards there and they shot me out of my chopper. I respawn and kill the guards, but not crate. I wait for a while, still no crate. I battle someone for about 30 mins, still no crate. I leave the circle for about 20 minutes, come back, still no crate.

Never again will I waste a second on crate drops before checking the forums to see if it's really fixed.

Yup I've wasted my time waiting for a crate to. Sucks cause they're much more fun than Simeon vehicles

Yes still broken.

It seems that every patch has a few things that were meant to be fixed but then get fixed in the next patch.

Happened with a few various things.
