@Sal Its in the SFX0_PS.RAW file, the snd000012.vag one is the beep sound. It should be there. :p If you need help, message me.

I can't PM you,i don't know why,so can you find Victor speech sounds?

There's actually four groups, you're missing "PISSED", you might have combined them into Angry by mistake, there's also sub sets these should be arranged in:

 

BUSTED

CRASH

FIGHT

JACKED

JACKING

PUCASH

PULLGUN

PUSH

SHOOT

I'm pretty sure all the sounds are indeed there, they're just now sorted, as I don't get why I SHOULD sort it when all the sounds are marked with titles.

Haha, well OK then, you've done half the job I guess, saves anyone else from the tedious converting part. :p

Any way I can speed up the LOD changing process? I got the VCS map into San Andreas, but the LOD's are also placed there. I don't like changing them one by one. :p

I have sorted IDs but for VC,I'm not sure did they work for SA

He probably talking about LOD indexes. VC don't have them at all.

Added very useful option for automatic mesh optimisation (automatic welding verticies and deleting isolated verticies) so now DFF size can be maximally reduced by discarding unused stuff (in few meshes there are about 5000 -10000 unused isolated verticies) and increase performance

Models looks the same so optimisation don't broke the models.

Map converter is nearly complete so when I test it more and write backface culling patcher for VC - it will be released. :)
