GTA V cars wont start somtimes?

I remember once I was in a dune buggy, and the engine hit a rock, I saw something maybe was oil leak, and the engine overheated. I was wondering is it possible for new AND old cars to not start at all? or just take a while to start? This happened a couple of times in GTA IV, but idk in GTA V (single-player). It would be both fun and annoying if your Jackal (for example) wouldn't start, and u were in the middle of Sandy Shores.

Sometimes if you damage the fuel tank on a car it will start lraking oil and in a minute or so it will run out and die.

Its happened to me while being chased by cops, they shoot my gas tank and the car starts leaking gas so you got a few miles left before the car dies on you. So you'd better find a car near by before that happens.

One time (believe or not) when I was playing as Trevor, driving his Bodhi on his airstrip, a stunt plane wanted to land on the airstrip, unfortunatly, I didn't see it since the sunset was blinding me, and I hit the plane, which exploded, and well, I survived still, but then the truck started leaking Gas hard, I tryed racing to the LSC but I was too late...it died

Always seems to happen to me at vital times (of course), trying to get away quick and I have to wait for him to start it while him shouting (Start you piece of sh*t!).
