It's in my bank I've tried to even withdraw it and it comes up saying I don't have enough funds to make any withdrawal

Try withdrawing the money back onto your character and then redepositing it - Will be quicker doing this via an ATM as you can only withdraw 10k at a time via the phone.

 

Edit - once you have withdrawn the money go back to single player before depositing it - just to make sure it saves the action of it coming out of your bank account.

To OP: Unless you missed something absolutely obvious, this sounds like a freak issue what with R* removing everyone's hacked money. Possibly something went awry with your banked money. I'd send in a support ticket and pray to the gaming gods that you get a helpful reply.

 

Additional question: What happens when you earn new money and try to bank it?

I started doing missions and got roughly 60k from doing missions with mates and I tried to buy the bike again and it game me the same message

But the thing is I can buy ammo and weapons car mods and everything

I was trying to buy the Bati I think it's called, I used all my 200k modding cars and that and I got down to my last 1,000 and I started doing missions again and have gone back up to 20k and tried to withdraw money again and I still am having the same problem, I have submitted a ticket to R*
