would be a great thing - sessions where only players have weapons - sick of the cops busting up my cat and mouse chases in freemode.

 

Try doing the "BALLAS TO THE WALL" Mission and go nuts without having the Police on your ass - It's much fun, I often use these levels for target practice and just random crazy sh*t

 

BONUS - you can kill peds, get cash without fear of dying

 

ALSO if you know where they are - shoot the registers at STORE HOLDUP locations to get more cash - no cashier working -

Police are annoying but without police every player in LS can just run rampant and destroy everything. Police keep the order and also the balance!

Occasionally the police will kill a player, especially a new player and this makes up for players like myself and others who have killed over 9'000 police (No pun intended lol).

 

The funny thing is, I have killed 9'001 police officers and I am sure that this number is..

Would be the equivalent of what's called "Chaos Servers" in APB:Reloaded. No cops, no passive mode, all out...well...chaos. Of course, they'd have to make "Social" servers as well which would be the opposite where nobody can be attacked unless they go 1v1. Fine ideas either way.

Well I assume the OP is irked at them getting in the way of massive freeroam shooouts or something like that, IDK. I agree though that they do make things more interesting.

Police aren't exactly Gods. I intentionally get into 5* chases just because it's fun (takes a lot of ammo to get there though). They only get tough when you get cornered by more than 3 cars.

If you're killing a bunch of players for no reason, you deserve to have police on you.

Because everyone is deathmatching in freeroam.

 

Not sure why R* couldn't just let us customize our own lobbies to our liking and maybe even script our own game modes like SA:MP instead of strong-arming us into playing their same sh*t over and over.

you're right,all-small letter title looks more attractive

 

Maybe you could just try proper capitalization? Instead of "NO POLICE SESSIONS" you could have put "No Police Sessions". It still gets your message across without making you look like a sensationalist douchebag.

I do play PvP modes but there's usually not a whole lot of people playing them. Most people I see seem to be having battles free roam, possibly because the matchmaking is sh*tty or they just don't care for instanced PvP where the maps usually aren't that good. Barely anyone is on the PvP missions anymore and the content creator is so limited in what you can do, it's basically just being able to create another generic DM like the ones R* made. Good luck getting people to join your map even if you do get an interesting DM, you'll likely be lobby hopping and spamming the invite button for about 30 minutes only to get about 2 or 3 people.

 

I don't mind the cops really but I understand why people would think they're annoying and should be able to turn them off. They had the option in GTA IV so we know it works and players do like it, can't see why they shouldn't include that as an option in GTA O.

But the maps in PVP are the same maps as free roam. I mean, its the same world.

 

Problem is PVP in FR is just trolling mostly. Its not about the actual combat its about survival and griefing. Thats why players avoid DM's,.

 

 

 

I mean, My point was. PVP jobs have a time limit, they pay out and they add so much more flavor to pvp.

 

Field of screams may have been the most fun i have ever had in GTA O in pvp.

 

 

 

 

I wish more players would play DM. They have no clue what they are missing.

I like the idea, I made a topic about themed lobbies, I think this would be a great custom lobby idea. No police lobby, anarchy lobby, tsunami disaster lobby , zombie apocalypse lobby ect ect. Would be nuts eh?

The police make the game more exciting, and what's the point of stuff like robbing stores if there is no police? It'll be abused, and what if you get spawnkilled by a tank? Since someone with a tank usually has 3-5 stars by time they're spawnkilling, the police will destroy the tank eventually, along with you and/or other players if you have the chance
