My own personal opinion I'm sure most of you will hate it. One guy on here was talking about the player should be able to go into a negative balance when he runs out of money, I'm all for that. The hospital bill thing is wack if you get killed in passive mode it should be a minimum 5,000, 3 goes to you 2 goes to the hospital. Blowing up someone car should be 25,000, 20 to you 5 to the insurance company. These weak ass payout for griefers makes me sick. They need to overhaul the system so people think twice about doing stuff or do it cuz they can afford it. Come on rockstar get it together. I'm not having fun with this game anymore

I'd buy a new copy and start all over to have GTA IV in San Andreas (world physics and controls of IV, content of V).
