Just want your personal opinions, the Beach Bum cars never left, but then again they didn't have a tag on them specifically saying: Part of the Beach Bum pack.

 

I know for a fact the clothing is going to go off the market as stated on the Newswire but that factor may not apply to the Roosevelt. (Clothing will stay in inventory.)

 

What do you guys think?

Yes, I think the Roosevelt will disappear sometime soon, probably by next patch. You never know, it may return in the future in a different DLC pack, but for now, I'm thinking the availability of the car will go away when the Valentines suits and Tommy Gun disappear. I actually really like the fact that they are releasing limited edition vehicles!

having the should be like an incentive for being active in gtao.

 

sometime later should return as part of a paid dlc but for now, it should go by the end of the month, heck i would have made it available for the valentine weekend only, that would have made the car rarer as not many peasants would have the time to grind the 750k.

I can grind 1mil of RoofTopRumBle in a day.

Yeah, I would have much rather have had it available just for the weekend too. I actually thought that was the case! So I spent some of my Friday and Saturday making $750k to buy it...but that grind was all for not!

I'm wondering about the rat loader. R* say it will be available until the next title update... After that, will it still have upgrades at LSC? Will those upgrades still be free?

 

OT I expect the sweeper and the Roosevelt to become unavailable on march 1st along with the clothes and masks and possibly the haircut. I wouldn't be at all surprised if we get a rare cars dlc somewhere down the line with CE cars and the Roosevelt and whatever else comes along.

Love the limited addition vehicles. It's something to look forward too. It would be great although probably not possible if they implemented a new rare car every month with each month having a different rare car. Maybe have the vehicle available for the first week of each month. They'd only need to design 12 new cars a year which shouldn't be that difficult or maybe it is. But if they made it so it rarely spawned and you had to drive around looking for it instead of just purchasing it. Once you find it steal it and put a tracker on it. Then the next month a new vehicles out. I person to love the thrill of finding a rare car.

R* said that all DLC content will be avaibilie untill the end of febuary and after that they will be gone.

 

But if you already own them you will keep them for forever unless you replace the roosey but with it popularity R* might keep it around

No after the next patch the Ratloader will go back to it's orginal cost but will stay in the game

I hope that people that bought it once, can buy it again forever.

 

This is actually a fairly logical thing to do.

 

As it stands, only being for sale for a limited time is a complete waste, as well as being a Kesh Kurd cow, and it'll end up being a burden. We have limited garage space and this certainly won't be the last new vehicle that the game gets. So, that leaves people who bought it with four options. Get rid of it and never be able to buy it ever again, or, keep it and get rid of other vehicles, or keep it and not get rid of other vehicles and never get any new vehicles. Or, Kesh Kurds.

 

This leaves Rockstar with four options one option. Let us buy multiple garages, or stop releasing limited timed vehicles to bait people in with, or let us buy multiple garages and continue to release limited time vehicles, or let people Kesh Kurds.

The Roosevelt will be gone...simple as that.

It's a brilliant strategy on R*'s part: a limited time vehicle that has a hefty price tag.
The overly ambitious & the collector's will drop that cash for the vehicle that will in time be considerably rare.
You either drop a chunk of your savings on it or consider a cash card.
Not bad.

but in my case, I'm more of a clothes person. So the Roosevelt is not my bag.

I dig the limited edition car idea. I snatched up the Roosevelt immediately and spent every dime I owned modding it out. I wouldn't even mind if Rockstar used it as a ploy to make more money and allowed you to get the Roosevelt after Feb if you paid $2 in real money, etc.
