Well searched for it with a guy yesterday couldn't find it for 2 hours. Anyway gave it away to a guy. So those who wanted it, Maybe next time.

They can be very rare. Same with the Phoenix. Even doing character switch (requirement, since I get the same 3 cars spawn) and turning off the system, took me 14 hours to find a damn Phoenix.

 

Futo was harder in Singleplayer, but even in online, sometimes they just don't spawn. It's a... problem.
