Wont let me buy different weapon tints!?

so i noticed that when i tried to get some of my weapons upgrade and one of them was to get the army tint for my pistol, it was for some reason still locked? now when i actually went to my weapon stats online is said that i had over 127 kills with it but you only need 100 kills with a pistol to unlock an army tint, so i dont know why is it still locked?

i play alot of survival in this game so my theory is that, maybe it only counts if you kill a player online, but that doesnt make sense because it would show how many kills you got from killing other players, but it only shows how many kills you got overall online.

You need 100 player kills. NPCs do not count. Try playing some death match for a bit. Shouldn't take too long to stack up 100 kills.

That's the bad thing, it just tells you how many kills you've made regardless of if these are of NPC's or Online players so it's kinda confusing.

No it's definitely not the same thing. It's far from hence why NPC means NOT player-controlled
