Where can you pick up a hammer?

There's 7 others? Are you including fists as a weapon? I only have 6 others not including my fists and chuck norris round house.

 

I raised a suggestion with R* to allow colour tinting of melee and explosive weapons like they have with guns. Would be so awesome to have a gold golf club or baseball bat. Also imagine how insulting it would be to be blown up with a pink sticky bomb.

Yeah he has to be including fists too. I haven't a clue what happened to the melee weapons I collected. I need to get a golf club, baseball bat, and crowbar back.

 

As a CE owner myself, the Hammer is good for beating up people's cars. Baseball bat is way more fun for PvP, and killing pedestrians.

So I am not the only one who lost Golf club, baseball bat and crowbar? What happened to them, did the patch do something?

 

I lost them in SP, haven't looked if they are missing in MP.

Unfortunately, they don't exist in GTA Online.

 

Yeah they do, me and all my friends have one.

 

I have SE so I get that and the deagle and somethng else I forget because I never use it. Anyway, you can drop the hammer for your friend then run into ammunation to get another one, FREE!

 

Same with the other weapons, but they don't seem to stick across sessions, the hammer sometimes gets lost too, but the guns go instantly.

You cannot drop a deagle though for some reason, you can't even drop pistol ammo on the ground when you have a deagle equipped, despite 1.10 patch notes saying otherwise.

I have CE.

It is easy if you know somebody the CE edition.

Your friend need to hover-select the hammer in the weapon menu. Then he need to press triangle (PS3). He will drop the hammer and you can collect it. It will be yours until you drop it or when R* fixes it.

You fiend can unlimited buy a new hammer at ammunition for free.

No bare fist melee only works for building up strength bar stat. Just go to Del Perro Pier, it's pedestrians galore and it's easy to loose the cops there. I maxed out my strength in like an hour and 45 minutes if I remember, it was awhile ago.

You need a different GTA V edition or had some luck picking it up

In the 1st week of online my homie dropped his and I still have it in my inventory to this day

If you are looking to get your strength stat up then playing tennis and/or golf puts your strength up a lot quicker than just punching NPCs. If you really want to punch your way to the top then go into several fists only deathmatches.
