Nobody wants to play with little squeaky kids who never shut up... nobody likes annoying little f*ck faces that kill fellow gang members for no reason... nobody wants a power struck leader who is always telling you what to do and what to say...... And most of all, nobody likes being bullied by crews, or having to fight them back on your own. A good crew is a solid crew, with friendly members and a responsible, respectful and creative Leader. Having fun is a must... we don't play GTA to get bored... From rolling around on BMX across the city with the crew, to taking flight formation in fighter jets, drag racing along the highway or speeding down Mt Chilliad on a sanchez, To causing mayhem with tanks, convoy drive-bys, having gang wars with other crews, or teaming up with them to have friendly BMX competitions in the skate park... The possibilities are endless when it comes to keeping busy on GTA, but the best way to do it is with a good, reliable crew, that cares about its members.A good leader must promote any worthy players, as well as kick or ban players who disobey the rules or that think they can kill fellow members with no consequences...These players will be used for practice by the crew until they rage quit. Then they will be banned and killed every time they find themselves unfortunate enough to end up in one of our lobbys... We dont take kindly to annoying little c*nts. A crew must respect the hierarchy. Members should accept that the higher ranking officers have more rights, more authority and more respect. This does not mean a higher ranking members should take advantage of their position, or suggest stupid ideas thinking everyone will comply just because they are higher ranked. The more you represent the crew, the more you promote it, the more active you are with its members, the quicker you will get promoted. You can also get promoted if you recruit enough people, or prove yourself to be worthy enough to lead a small team. Creativity will also help.Anyone that decides to mess with the crew have to be prepared to die repeatedly. We always have each other's backs, so if someone gets killed, We respond immediately with the best of what we got, which is nothing less than a full on f*cking Army convoy. We have dedicated Pilots, Snipers, Infantry, Drivers, Hitmen, Scouts and many other roles within the crew, including muggers & kamikazes... The roles you choose are up to you, but you will have to prove yourself.We also have Undercover members in other crews. Their role is to get information and to invite us to their crew's lobby to start wars. We also use them to sabotage or internally break down other crews who chose to cheat (god mode), spread rumors, or just generally disrespect our members or Leader. We also have compounds and secret hideouts across the map. Tactical areas we use for ambushes, traps, others we use as training grounds, freestyling contests, taking pictures, etc...Last but not least, Members should always look out for one another, If somebody needs money or ammo, take him to rob a store, or invite him to a race or a mission... Get to know each other, talk, explore. Find strategies and put them to use when we do gang wars. Practice your shooting at the shooting range, practice your drifting around the stadium, practice your freestyling skills on the bmx...
