He doesn't need to be the trigger happy evil, he is a evil that he will use others to get what he wants and not care how about the impact on who he leaves behind dead or alive. He drives halfway up vinewood still in a rage/anger to pull down a house that anyone by the time got to the house would not been so extreme or blind STILL with rage to pull a house down and harming them inside or others below the houses platform. He plays the oldschool "smile and be silent now, because later you will get it" routine with the first meeting with Steve and the FIB. He also doesn't have disgust when he is hired to kill by anyone. He explodes in different rages when at shrink meetings and has a way to lure people like Franklin into his circle for his own personal gain. He might see Franklin as a 'son' figure but if it come down to using Franklin for his own gain and safety he would throw Franklin into the fire before himself. Look at the first real meeting between Franklin and Michael with the boat, he orders Franklin to risk life and limb for Michael's boat (personal gain) and tells Franklin to show/impress him because it's what Franklin has to do. Michael's loyalty within friends died when he soldout Brad and Trevor. He never returns to that loyalty group figure or feel and for me...well it's why he is evil. Trevor, Franklin and I guess Lamar have more a bond and loyalty with each other. They loyal because in a term I guess when one proves to the other they will "ride" for them until the end, it's returned with that same kind of loyalty. Michael, f*ck he cared about being loyal to himself, greed and at any cost getting what he wanted or his way. sh*t, he mentions how he f*cked Lester over and still pulls Lester into his circle, why? Money, Murder and another way to hopefully rid his old/new "frienemies" in the process, he uses them to help his FIB corrupted officers so Michael is pure f*cking evil without having to be a Trevor crazy gun nut or rage ticker. Edit: if you have watched option B? If that's to kill Trevor. Michael is not even worried he lost the oldest most loyal friend, even more loyal to Michael is Trevor then Michael's family members are. I'm sure I read if Franklin doesn't "finish Trevor" Michael ends up shooting the gasoline or Trevor in the head. He tells Franklin basically thanks for helping now f*ck off and survive on your own I don't wanna know you or have another Trevor type friendship. He (Michael) used everyone to help him remove the problems he had in his current life after the North Yank robbery. The guy is clearly selfish and has a temper, but he does show compassion towards his family, Franklin, and Solomon at times. He also seems able to admit he might have been wrong at times. The prize for the most evil goes for me goes to Trevor's mother. Utterly despicable and manipulative, the mission "Mrs Phillips" gives a great insight in why Trevor is a psychological atom bomb. Everyone has their own redeeming quality. Michael's an asshole, but only because he's unhappy in life. Perhaps the Alturists - sacrificing innocent travelers etc - that's pretty evil. Never paid for any work undertaken, hides behind police, shot himself in the leg and accused his allies of doing it, had that awful TV show.
