or griefing if that's how you put it.You pour it over someone's vehicle and ignite it with your vehicle's backfire,they have to pay the insurance.I just tried it four times in missions,not sure if it works in freemode.

 

What would you do if someone did this to your super car?

tanks still dont have to pay insurance.... twice i got killed by tank whilst in my car i had to pay both times :/

Somebody tried this on my car the other day... this might have been a glitch, but my exhaust backfire burnt off all of the gas without leaving my car smoking. Trolled that troll.

No offense, but when would this ever work on someone who isn't an idiot.

 

If I saw you pouring gas on my car, I would pop a cap in your ass and drive my car out of there.

There is no bad sport

 

Shooting the car till it catches fire doesn't make you pay either at least it did, I haven't tried it since the 10.0 patch.

 

The way it works is you shoot at the car untill it catches fire and then the fire itself blows up the car, You don't get charged.

that's not true,you do get charged,unless you shoot it to the point of fire and someone gets inside at the moment.

i would first call lester and put a 9k bounty on you

call merryweather and have some mercaneries chase you around a bit

then i would call up lamar to have some crackhead stab you with a dirty knife and steal some of your cheese.

 

i would then highlight you in my select menu and keep chasing you till you cry or leave

wichever comes first :D

Drive my Sentinel XS in free roam, burn it all you want. But with all that work just to grief someone of an insurance payment, I would've blown your car up, mine, and you, with a Grenade Launcher, and I'd have all of the satisfaction in the world. OP what is this your 9th account in 2 months?

I usually go into the impound lot, see a whole load of cars, make a nice pretty gas trail and blow them up! If there are no cars I drive by MMI and if there are any there I blow them up. The reactions are the best part

Haha, true story. Yesterday, I had this war with some dude, and when I got AFK on the street, I killed him. I'm humane, so I choosed to burn his corpus as a decent funeral. Just as I ignited the poor guy, his body disappeared (like always) but, without noticing it for a few seconds, my Roosevelt burned like hell, which resulted in absolute destruction of it, which he had to pay for! :D:D:D

I think if you throw a grenade at a car and then start a mission before that thing exploded, you don't have to pay either

then just cancel the mission to get back to free roam and hear the other guy rage...
