It will display my username saying that's who it belongs to and I don't have access. Went away once, but twice now means I'll have to get used to it i guess. Annoying, but just unlock your car (vehicle access, set to "Everyone") & you're good to go. Supposedly this has been reported to R*, who are, "looking into it"... If it happens outside of your garage I think toggle your vehicle access may work... I've never had it happen outside my garage, but at the Binco, near the central LS mod shop, for the most part.
