I didn't watch OP's video, but true NOS is achieved in the save editor. Its illegal Yep. My friend passed an Adder in a Bodhi. He didn't hardly turn and still spun out lol. I didn't watch the video. I've used NOS myself. Like I said, it's amazing on the Sentinel because the Sentinel's acceleration sucks. I've driven friends vehicles online with it, it clearly functions, quite well. I'm personally not interested due to the stupid purging noise. I heard it's not as effective in races for some reason. Can't confirm though, since I don't race. I just like hearing people's reactions in missions when they get in my car, lol.
