get in a crew. At least then there will be a few people who won't kill you on sight. And might even have your back in a fight.

 

And if you're surrounded by three tanks, get the hell out of there. Teleport, switch sessions, passive mode, whatever. But don't just sit there getting killed like a dumbass.

At this point in time in the 21st century, we expected the game design of GTA to keep up with its beautiful virtual world design. :^:

 

Instead, we got GTA0 freemode, which is basically Prison Thugz with tanks. :/

 

What a waste of a beautiful virtual world. :*(

God damn it, which sessions are these!? I'm always looking around for sessions with tanks roaming so I can bloody get some sniper target practise in and I can never seem to find them!

 

I call bullsh*t, I haven't seen a tank in 3 hours and that was me doing Base Invaders!

1 of them blew up and the other one nearly blew me up when I drove past him.

To be perfectly honest, I rarely see anyone driving in a tank anymore, I'm Portuguese and mainly placed with British, Spanish or French people on servers, so I dunno if it's a server nationality thing or I'm that lucky that I can drive around, without fear of being blown up to kingdom come, when I come across someone...

Gotta love going to my apartment and some guy around the block races to me right when I'm about to go up to my garage just so they can kill me for absolutely no particular reason whatsoever.

Oh crap, no, I meant tanks, the senseless killing, mayhem and overall dickwads still occur, it's just tanks that I never see.

 

Not much to complain, but I do thrive and get more amusement than I should out of sniping someone out of one and hearing the delicious screams of outrage.

Used to be a thread around with Sniping tips that explained it alot better than I could.. Lemme see if I can dig it out.

i started to play crew only, otherwise people are out to get me for no apparent reason, and i don't care if people say "but dude, that's the point of online" seriously? ruining someone's fun just so you'd feel better is the point? i'm sorry but who thinks that is a big closed minded douchebag

I've been surprised at the niceness of the lobbies I've been in the past 2 days.

At least 50% of the time, I've able to gain people's trust by staying Passive and just following them and getting in their vehicles, etc. After a while, I could exit Passive Mode and play around with them for as long as I wanted until I got bored and left. It's really hit or miss, but there ARE good people out there.

you probably were put in a good sport session, it's funny, cause we should have met lol, playing crew only sessions gets you maximum of good sport

I'm decent, i mean sure I kill any random I see. However that's only because in my experience shoot first ask questions later works better IMO. Everytime I try being nice to randoms it backfire.

 

But I'm decent, if you send me a polite message asking me to stop I will.

If your gfs parents send you a polite message asking you to get a job, will you?

If there was an IQ test required so you could play this game, the streets of LS would be empty and the free-roam deathmatch idiots would still be killing each other in Call of Doody.

Decent players are all buried out at Sandy Shore. they last about the first two months of the game.
