seriously guys, i just came from a very traumatic gta online session, i was surrounded by three tanks, that's right 3, i have been killed...at the top of my head 50 times? i am not kidding, there was nowhere to run because they were spread all over, impossible you might say, i know what you're thinking "why didn't you start a new session or leave" to be honest, i hoped and wanted to get rid of them in a decent way, for my pride... haha there goes my pride along with an enormous hospital fee. You know what does people are?! cowards, cold blooded ruthless cowards. I am asking you, is there humanity left in the gta online community? are tanks and adders all we can do? i can't stand to see an adder or tank, ever, EVER, i am really pissed right now, you guys have no idea, if you had a similar experience, please leave a comment, can your online session be worse than mine?

i never get in sessions lik that.. i always get in sessions where everyone are nice to echoter.

Adders are just another car in the game. They're only a problem because people like to make them out to be one. If the Stinger GT was the most expensive car in the game then everyone would hate on it instead. Newflash: the guy driving an Adder around town isn't hurting you in any way.

This is all i gleaned from your post. In all seriousness, you probably should not be playing multiplayer/online or in Freeroam if you have this kind of reaction or experience.

 

I know nothing about you, but from your words it's clear that you get really revved up by what's called "a game." However, in all consideration for what it IS, GTAO is an immersive roleplaying-style criminal experience where players are encouraged to be "bad guys."

 

Players coming in expecting courtesy, fairness, and quality time driving around listening to the radio are likely playing the wrong game.

 

My suggestion is to either play a different game, or play GTA in small doses... but definitely switch lobbies/sessions if it starts to freak you out.

Being left in a Cheater's Pool and you talk about Humanity! Oh the Irony! Why not just add me if you are on Xbox and join the crew I am currently in? I have fun EVERY SINGLE TIME I join online! Me and my crew mates never kill each other and always have fun and roam around in packs. We do different kinds of kickass stuff, You might want to try it sometime so when you stop whining add me and I will make sure you have a fun session online.

 

Oh and if you are on PS3, its ok cause the crew I am in also are on PS3. Good luck!

I know how you feel. A few days ago some guy blew up my car with a tank for no reason right after I got out of LSC. The game glitched out and I wasn't able to reclaim my car I just spent money on. Actually, the message saying that he paid the insurance fee for destroying my car didn't even pop up. Kinda strange when I JUST came out the shop after putting a tracker and insurance on it.

 

And let's not mention the random people that just shoot at you when you're both unarmed and minding your own business. It pisses me off too, but what can you expect? This game attracts all sorts of people.

Yeah I could play in a private lobby on my own, but that kinda defeats the purpose of going online to begin with. Luckily for me I joined a crew that will come to a lobby and f*ck sh*t up if one of our members keep getting killed for no reason. Right now I'm on my way to leveling up and saving up cash to buy a tank myself. At least that way I can defend myself or get payback when some of these kids decide to ruin my day.

Eh? Yer trying to take on 3 tanks head-to-head? Whatcha expect? You can try sniping, get yer own tank, a Buzzard or lazer... maybe a well timed air strike... but that's about it.

 

Beyond that, I'd have gone passive and just teased 'em from somewhere they can't get at me. Always fun.

 

In the bigger picture, I was sitting having a few beers with the missus in the apartment last night watching the TV for DBs that we could send mercs/muggers and set bounties on. Oddly enough, there wasn't a whole lot of peeps acting badly that would deserve such a fate. It's really not as bad as it used to be imo.

There are so many threads like this. OP should do a search before starting threads. In saying that, I hear ya man. The decent people are hard to find some days in this game. The good people you may come across could have been dealing with grievers before you arrive and take it out on you as well. I know i have done that in the past. After being spawn killed for a while you become jaded and go for anyone to kill and blow up cars. I was being grieved last night so i blew up every car in the lock up.

I guess it's clear now that GTA0 filters out all decent people. There is no place for them in GTA0.

 

The decent people are in Second Life. Over the years, griefers have come into SL, trying to spoil people's fun, but Linden Labs actually has processes to deal with them. Unlike GTA0.

"Invite only session" is your best bet then my friend .I'm always a class act - I wait for people to show up for missions,cover their back....even if I get killed to complete the mission. Races,I get screwed everytime yet,I can out drive most.

This is an option or join a crew. (free mode I'm 3 for 36)
