What's going on?

I just loaded up online and no one was in the free roam, I selected find new session from pause menu but still no ones in that session (I'm NOT in a private/invite only session in case you're wondering) every job I select from phone I'm the host, No one joins, No one is there, I come out of the game to SP then went back in but still nobody is anywhere?

 

I'm on PSN and I'm signed into my account. All jobs are working and I can do them on my own.

 

What's going on?, I can't be the only player on PSN in the world,

Why don't you try joining a friend and see if that does something. Or invite them to your game and see if it actually lets them join

Why don't you try joining a friend and see if that does something. Or invite them to your game and see if it actually lets them join

 

All my friends are on xbox, But it's working now.
