You can't get there but it was there for a reason. Clearly it will return in a future DLC.

It froze consoles for people who weren't in North Yankton but were in the same session as you.

R* don't know how to patch anything, all that's changed is u need to fly to a slightly different location to reach n.y - mechanic still delivers ur cars to u in n.y too

Oh really? That's weird, seeing as how I looked up "How to get to North Yankton in GTA Online after 1.10 Update" and got a reposted video from update 1.09 on a GTA V community channel, claiming it was from 1.10. Know how I know it wasn't from 1.10? Because they used the Bury the Hatchet method, which was patched in the 1.10 update. I could be wrong, but until I see a video, I don't buy that sh*t, "asshat".
