Do I HAVE to disconnect my Internet to get the 747 into multiplayer?

I'm asking this, because I have a wireless connection on 360, and don't have the option of disconnecting it. I want to get the jumbo jet into Online, so I'm asking if I HAVE to do that offline step of the glitch.

Wireless- When you sign out it will take you to the first single player mission,sign in then go to game>load game>and then load the save that your car you are wanting to put online is.

 

Modem/ethernet- Unplug your connection now this will take you to your save that you had the car.So this is simple continue to 7.

 

EDIT: You might be talking about another tutorial but this might work regardless.

Hey it worked! But when I went to get in it, a small green stunt plane spawn inside of it and blew it up... Gotta start all over.
