So, can anyone confirm? Only one character to be able to transfer?

I'm not sure because in one of the screen shots above it says " You can only transfer one set of previous data per account".

I agree, OP...long hair is overdue...but it may be tricky implementing it, in regards to clipping and such. Hair sinking into the body when the body moves in a certain way. One thing about the NPCs, they don't have the range of motion that our characters do, so...it's probably easier for them to have long hair for that reason alone...

 

That said, I'd still like a longer hair option. Curlier hair, more braid styles...the cornrows are hideous.

 

One thing they could fix is the five head you get with some hairstyles...the hairline on some of those hairstyles is too far back.

 

I'd like more dress options...mini-dresses for a start. You can create the effect with a mini skirt...but it would be nice to have fitted mini-dresses. Thigh high boots or over the knee boots WITH HEELS. More heels period...my woman is very rarely if ever in any shoe but a heel.

 

More makeup options...obviously...the only options we have now are overboard and too subtle...maybe it will have some differences in the newest version.

 

Open button shirts would be nice.

 

And man...they really need to let us change some of the body options...hips/butt/breasts and those linebacker shoulders definitely need to be toned down.

Flapping is one problem, the beard piercing the chest when you look down is another,which is especially problematic if it's solid.

Regardless, I would love to see hair (and to some extent, like dresses, clothing) physics, but I highly doubt it. They didn't even have it on Max Payne 3 multiplayer, on PC, where it would be far less rescources hogging. While I understand that sentiment, hair physics (on all kinds of hair) have been around since ps2 era. It's only gotten better with time. This is a ps4/new gen game, it's hardly difficult.

 

 

It's not necessarily that it's difficult, algorithm-wise, but the better the physics modelling the more processor power it takes. Would you accept 10fps when there are 30 people in view on a windy day?

 

All sorts of things are possible, and not even that difficult to implement, and most of the time would work great, it's the extreme ends of the spectrum that cause the problems and those instances do come up. I believe that's one reason traffic disappears when you get high enough, not because you can't see it, but it would be too processor intensive to move all the cars you could see.
