... The Hydra didnt get cut, Jetpack was confirmed found, and the P-996 Lazer was in the game with both of them, and only ONE was available for purchase online, which would you buy

Hydra, Jetpack or Lazer, both are worth 1.9 mil online to buy (online)

You have 2 mil, so which would you buy?

I'd take the Hydra. The jetpack might be cool, but I would enjoy shooting down jetpackers more than using one myself.

I would laugh so hard if some dude tried to take off and got killed in mid air... :D

Seeing as the Lazer and Hydra are practically the same kind.. it would have to be the Jetpack.

Hydra has the ability to fly vertically like a helicopter. Plus it has flares(in SA it did, at least).

I chose Hydra. Jetpack wouldn't end up being very fun or useful IMO.

yes, they are somewhat similiar, I'm not an expert on either but I can tell the major differences that would help out in the battle field

Hydra:

VTOL (landing Anywhere)

Firing missiles at the same time (i think it did that in SA)

Flares to lose hsm (heat-seeking missiles, i believe thats what it did)

Lazer:

Extremely manueverable

Miniguns

Ejector Seats

jetpack was clearly the most amazing thing in gta SA. it gave you quick access to anywhere possible. best exploring tool.

I laid my vote on the Jetpack. I would love to fly one of these around rofl.

It would be cool if they made it like when you shoot car engines except instead of the Jetpack exploding, it busts a bit and sends the person spiralling around and around until they slam at full speed head first into the floor!!! That would be f*cking hilarious and I would love slaughtering people that way. Obviously you'd get the kill for it too which would make it epic!

Hydra would be awesome to own. Would love to be able to fly a war plane with the ability to hover.

Interesting..

Well.. I would still love the Jetpack. I remember using my machine gun whilst using the Jetpack.

I don't see why anyone would want a jetpack online. "Hey guys! Look at me in the sky! I can't aim very good but boy am I good target practice!"

Jetpack all day. Why bother going to a airport, getting into a plane and taking off, when you can strap on the pack and go. #Lesbologic

Depends on maneuverability. Also user error. Don't fly by people and hover? You can snipe someone flying a chopper or even a lazer. So whats the difference there?

In what context is this poll thought of? For the players'+ own enjoyment or an actual fight between the three of them?
In both cases, I'd go with the Hydra. Sure, the Jetpack is a bit more niche and can go in more places than the other two but what places in modern SA are worth visiting? The tunnels to escape from cops (near Down The Drain)? There's too much pipework and you'd get stuck in those going at top speed. Don't even bring the sniping tactic into this. The Hydra can land on buildings (needs more space) as well and makes for a faster and much more protected getaway. I think the Lazer has an advantage with the individual rockets so you can make your own delay for lock-ons as well as those machine guns, which the Hydra does not have. Seriously, if you're in a fight with another player in GTAV who's also in a Lazer, do NOT use rockets, use the machine guns. A few hits of those and he'll go down. No lock-on sound to warn him, either. It's by far the best way to win ANY dog fight. Okay, so Hydra and Lazer in dog fight.

Using the Hydra's thrusters tactically to stop in mid-air and let the Lazer whiz past is possible. The Lazer could either try to shoot the Hydra before passing him (as Hydra slows down to change thruster position) or do a quick barrel-roll-180 to get the Hydra before he pushes the thrusters back into place. The Hydra, in that case, could go backwards and drop a few flares as the rockets target him. Rockets miss, Hydra back into jet mode, follows passing Lazer. Locking on, fire rockets. Dual rockets are easy to miss with agility of Lazer. Head towards town. Hydra hides between skyscrapers using helicopter mode. Lazer goes high in sky, comes diving down to catch Hydra from above with machine guns. Hydra either dies this way or thrusts backward and locks on incoming Lazer. Lazer either avoids rocket, thus not shooting Hydra or keeps shooting in hopes rockets miss. Let's say both survive, then it all comes down to Hydra using flares and tactics to get those slow, dual rockets to hit their mark. Lazer uses agility, delay rockets and machine guns to take it out. Putting player skill aside, sadly I believe the Lazer would win with more guns. A good defense is a good offense.

Jetpack versus any of the two jets: useless. Using heavy sniper and tactical building cover on rooftop, sure, there's hope but both move too fast to properly kill the guy. A smoking jet isn't a dead player. For exploration sakes, it's a great tool and fun. Like the Cargobob; it's not that great but it's something fun to use and I'm sure it could be as popular as the Cargobob is.

For that Hydra VS. Lazer, though, we gotta get that Deadliest Warrior computer program going, see which jet is the DEADLIEST WARRIOR!
