How do I get crew colors on my tshirt?

I give up, can someone tell me how I get crew colors on my crew tshirt on GTA Online?People from my crew told me to just rank up in the crew and I would have it but I have already gotten over level 20 in my crew and still don't have the tshirt...can anyone please help?I can get the crew emblem on my shirt but the shirt won't turn to my crew color it stays black..

I have already done that and the tshirt is still black.I am trying to get it to turn to my crew color, which is blue.

When your crew rank is high enough I believe these things unlock. I am almost certain this is the case. I think especially if you own it, you have to have passed a certain level to unlock the perks which come with owning/being in a crew such as the colours. I am not entirely sure though. But try levelling up a little bit within your crew and these things should unlock as you go along. It's like the other poster said though, you will just select the 'Crew t-shirt' and it will automatically be your crew's colour. If it isn't working, you probably are ranked too low in your crew to have access to this feature.

I'm already level 20 or so but I guess I'll just keep ranking up and see where it gets me...

Ranking up isn't going to unlock colors. You had to choose a crew t shirt in the character creator and make it the full color, or a black or white, or have the colors on the sleeves or the collar of the aforementioned shirts.
