I was with some friends the other nite and one of us guys is new to gta so we wanted to help my friend has 5mill + so he did up a fusilade that sell for 120k easy fully modded we went to sell car and it said 10k i evan double checked it had all the mods have r* patched this to stop us helping low level players?

Well, someone had modded me an F620 and it went for $100,000+ so.. try the F620.

since patch 1.10 all cars stolen from the street have a selling cap of 10k, regardless of how many mods you put on them.
