Lamar is Rank 99 in GTA Online. What about other characters?

Alright so when you first race Lamar in the GTA Online tutorial race Mall or Nothing the display shows he is rank 99. So technically he has unlocked every weapon except for the RPG and Minigun. I guess he still hasn't leveled up. That must also mean he has unlocked all the clothes, and abilities, missions up to level 99 at least. What missions do you think he plays to rank up?

 

Also what about Michael, Franklin and Trevor? By the time of the Paleto Heist they are probably level 120 because they acquire miniguns. They probably leveled up really fast because heists are already unlocked for them.

 

Does anyone else think some of them would end up in the bad sport lobbies? Who uses Passive Mode? Who glitches?

 

What level is Jimmy, Amanda, Tracey, Simeon, Ron, Wade, or even the antagonists?

Lamar is just an NPC, who happens to be level 99 because it would make more sense than a level 1 giving you orders, no?

And fyi, Online happens before Offline, So they aren't even in the scene as of yet. Lester mentions unpredictable people in one of the missions: Those are the online players

 

Just like the house Michael destroyed out rage, and the farm Trevor burnt down in rage in story (can't confirm this one by 100% though)

Yeah, I don't understand some of these hositle responses. Mostly people going WTF. I'm not trolling. There seem to be people that don't understand that I am serious about this. It's a fun topic though. I mean I thought it was thought provoking and could make for an interesting discussion. Instead I get all these responses.

Jeez who hasn't played the story mode at this point? Also just because GTA Online takes place before the Story mode which I already knew it doesn't mean other characters don't have levels. Seriously, what's with all the hostile responses. This was meant to be a fun discussion to talk about hypothetical levels of characters from the story mode. What have they unlocked? Come on people.
