Car has No Insurance?

I was playing with a friend. I had gotten my car (the Bugatti Veyron) impounded and destroyed. Now I can't get it back because it says "Your personal vehicle was destroyed. To protect your vehicles in the future you must return them to your Garage or purchase Car Insurance." Well, when I went to info to find this, I realized it said, "Your Personal Vehicle was destroyed. You can call Mors Mutual Insurance to make a claim." When I call MMI, it just says "All our operators are on call." and I can't get it back. Can someone help me? I really need it back!

This is a common problem affecting many people since the last update, use the search function next time.
I've lost a car too and there is no fix at the moment.
