How was your day?

Day got better as it went on. Just one of those days where you wake up badly. I just thought about things, and I'm happier now I'm at home and chilling out. Looking forward to E3 this weekend.

Hard to say.  There is some craziness going on at work that changes the face of the work day for now.  Kind of hard to explain but think of it like your job was to sit and screw a nut on a bolt all day, every day, but all of the sudden there is no nut and no bolt - you are now sitting in the same chair, the curtain goes up and you are performing a stand up comedy bit.  It's shocking.  Keep in mind the transition from the nuts and bolts to the live stage is in the blink of an eye...like the curtain goes up as you are reaching for the next nut.

But f*ck all that.  I'm used to it.

To add to the sh*t of my work day a f*cking sinkhole opened up in my neighborhood along my trolley route.  Unannounced!  This morning!  So that means they shuttle bus us to "the portal" where we can catch any trolley into town.

In the hierarchy of public transit in this city - trolleys are the top.  I'm not bragging...I'm just lucky to live in a trolley neighborhood.   We don't "do" busses.  f*cking shuttle bus.

Beautiful day weather wise here.  I mean beautiful.

On my commute home I trolley to the portal where we have shuttle buses waiting.  f*ck that.  I walked the 8 (big ass) blocks home.

Beautiful weather.

I had my big ass fancy headphones on.  You know...the big fat over the ear bluetooth ones that let you do hands free phone too.  Trust me, I never have and never would do hands free talking.   Even when all of my peers were walking around with bluetooth jawbone whatevers...I used my handset only.

f*cking work emergency called.  It was my first time in public looking like a freak doing hands free phone talking.   Felt like a fool.  If it wasn't for being so beat down and everything being an emergency during this crazy work time I wouldn't have done the hands free thing.  f*ck.

Had one meaty ass sandwich today for lunch; and as a result needed to pass gas, pretty badly.

When I got back to my workbench where we had oxyacetylene torches, i'd use my environment to my advantage and ...y'know...silently "let it out" and let the acetylene's odor hopefully override the smell. Oddly enough, I think it worked, my co-worker didn't notice.

Next time to override the smell you should try to spray some deodorant or perfume into that pit of death. Might burn a bit though.

I nearly pissed myself on the way home on the bus. That wasn't great. I got on the bus fine, and then like five minutes in I could feel it.

Boring day really, working out went great and i can feel myself getting more explosive and powerful lately. Also today i recieved my 100ml bottle of Y Eau de Parfum from YSL and its quite nice, definitely worth it.

Sigh...

It's dollar stroll here.  There is no explaining the hipness.

There is a brass band on my corner.  At least they're good.

I wanted to see if there were any YTs to use as an example.  Holy sh*t.  People really like this stroll and make some long ass movies.

Perfectly normal day so far.  Saw/heard some weird screaming guy running through the street on the road in his underwear a couple minutes ago which idk looked pretty trippy. Pretty sure he took more spices then just salt and pepper.

Was he shouting "Eureka Eureka" and looked a bit Greek?

Finally caught up on Season 5 of Black Mirror. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Not quite as strong as it used to be, but thought these episodes were better than the last season.

Some surreal sh*t happened this morning.

I stayed at a friend's place last night while we were in progress of repairing a car to be sold.

The following morning, his truck had disappeared. We found it in flames up about 9 clicks up in the bush, which i'm sure his insurance probably won't cover at this point. According to police, there's a group of individuals who've gone around drunk, stealing vehicles, joyriding and torching them in discreet locations, and I don't doubt law enforcement is looking for them right now.

It's raining, there's beer-tainted piss from someone on the stairs that lead up to my flat, and now my cup just cracked while pouring myself a cuppa tea.

So normal.

Pretty good actually. Now time to sit back and watch EA embarrass themselves again. God, I wish I could get more excited for their games. Jedi Order, please be good.

Again...

My neighborhood...

Sure if I was younger I'd think it was fun but...I settled here because we were totally unique.  The thing is we were close and quiet.  Not anymore.

Today is porchfest.  The band right now, right outside my living room...sucks balls.

Just bored. One of those days where I don't feel like doing anything, and thus I'm bored as sh*t. As I post right now, I've been watching Youtube videos for the past hour and I'm officially in the "weird" part of Youtube.

Seems like things get crazier and crazier since I started posting here.

I brought in my friend's sedan in to swap brakes and front rotors. We figured we would go out for a "joyride" or just a test run for that matter. Halfway through, he must've revved it too high, because eventually smoke came from the steering wheel into the cab; we blew a radiator hose, coolant was everywhere, soaked the spark plugs, and a plastic tube that runs above the engine fan had split right down the middle.

Nothing I couldn't fix...heh. Gorilla Tape and a few circular screw clamps held that b*tch together long enough to limp this car back home, where two of the four cylinders were misfiring due to the spark plugs getting wet from spilled coolant.

Apparently not, actually.

Just the radiator hose split, water was used in place of coolant while the tube was sealed. If it was my own, probably. Subarus are famous for head gasket issues.
