I've been told I needed a mentor. The only one that's mentor worthy is the one who's been there through the rain and the fall.

I hope your mentor can teach you that there's better outlets for your anger than killing birds.

OT - I finally signed up for college classes after four years. Oh boy gonna be doing autocad designing. I did two years of it in high school but I sucked the second, hopefully I can get a better grasp on what I didn't get in high school and make a go of it.

I'm really doing this. Huh.

Now all of my time will be devoted to finishing chapter 1.

Be back in a week.

Funny you should say that. Reading your posts I had the feeling that you were some kind of literary bot. Like one that had been fed Catcher In The Rye and a whole load of similar American fiction, and then let loose on GTAForums.

Painful but thank goodness for the little things.

This showed up on the elevator I use at work. Keep in mind I work on the top floor where the elevators only go down...and there is a tourist attraction accessed from my floor.

Finally spend a hot day without regrets of sitting and wiping my sweat.
Got a couple of bros and went for a picnic to grill some meat. One boi brought his airsoft gun and we did a little shooting competition. I think i got 2nd place after all. I'll try to attach a couple of photos later. I think it was one of the most exciting days in my past 2 years, cuz airsoft.

Pro tip: you can annoy some people by teaching them how to hold gun right.

I thought that this should be mentioned.

A couple of days ago, my flatmate wanted to watch WWE or something like that live. Like he literally prepared for a fight show, got himself some drinks and stuff. But due to time zone difference, he had to wait for a show till ~4AM.
His best idea was to ask me to accompany him and i was actually down for that. Can't remember the last time i watched live fights show. So it's finally 4AM and show begins. KO at the first minute.
Can't express his rage.

Me and my manager and an old coworker we haven't spoken to in five months came over to my house last night and played with my train set for four hours. It was a good time

Weird, procrastinating when I am soon due with a deadline on a project. Somewhat isolated and lonely, somewhat worried and bored. Kind of weird feeling. Also got exams ahead which cause some level of anxiety, but I feel rested physically at least. So all in all I have a confusing day.

Well my hot water heater decided to die today. So that sucks sweaty balls.

Dealing with this kinda stuff in this city can be challenging. I currently don't have "a plumber" and here you have to/need "a guy". Argh!

Just moved into my new apartment in California that I'll be living in for the next three months. It's so much different than the midwest.

CRAZY AL WARD

I'm considering Renting to Own my Grandfather's old house in walking distance of my family street on my home island...

(Yes I'm an islander)

The rent is fair: Around $375/month and i need my own place to live instead of being forced to be living in a Non-government Group Home

Other than that: pretty good for a monday

My eyes shifted straight to the Porter. ;)

My day is going pretty good, nice weather and I polished down a whole chicken for lunch followed by a 1.5 liter of Pepsi. Life is good.

Right now, I'm feeling like this guy...

Today i got a invitation to work in Germany. That's strange, since who the hell looks for abroad people to work for their company? Especially if they're some half dead logisticians.
I had to decline despite the good salary. Im just not gonna survive in Germany by myself, unless some of German forum users would adopt me (^:

I worked for a while with someone who did that kind of headhunting quite systematically. Due to generous loopholes in the laws, German logistic firms and affiliated temp agencies can massively undercut local standard and minimum wages and other laws concerning work conditions, by hiring from certain countries, while they still can charge the same prices from their customers. There is also a significant tax and insurance angle afaik, but I'm quite out of the loop for a while now.

As to my day, silly me spend half the morning anxiously tiptoeing around a letter from German Finanzamt (our tax guys) as if it was some dangerous animal ready to jump at me; only midday with the arrival of my dear friend I dared opening it. It was a harmless information, and I felt so much better.

I think I got a fly in my eye (had 3 land in it last year). Got home but couldn't see it on my eyeball.

Then I got shower gel in my eye :( Wasn't even my fault. Just opened it then felt like I was getting stabbed in my good eye.

Every Tuesday and Thursday morning that I go to class I walk to and from the bus stop. That's quite of a workout, and also the sun rises over the building I'm going to, so it feels like walking through Satan's ass cheeks. sh*t ain't so fun dawg.

When I got into my class I set my stuff down and committed the biggest sin known to my countrymen. Pacing. I had this woman call me outside of the class because I was....

Pacing.

Breaking news, I pace back and forth, but not like the school shooter, "you touch me you die," type of pacing. I pace to go over everything that I need to do, what happened up until this point, and what's going to happen in the future. That's how I get my ideas, how I divide the workload, how I maintain stability. I tried to explain to the woman without her thinking that I was crazier than I already am that I pace, I freak out, you see it all happen before your eyes and the final version of me that you get is a humble, soft spoken, young prodigy ( as long as no one f*cks with me.)

So she called me out of class again and said that she wanted me to call my mom because she was still worried about me. I call her up, and she says "boy why do you have these people calling me talking about you pacing back and forth and talking to yourself? What's wrong with you?"

My mom knows me better than anyone but she doesn't know me 100%. No one does.

So I explain to her that's just my process, and she said that's what she tried to explain to the woman, I pace and talk out loud with my ideas. She brought it to my attention that people don't know this about me and I guess I've acted oblivious to it so they see me as a little off-kilter. She asked me to keep a lid on it because she didn't want them thinking I was a school shooter or killer. The woman heard everything as she was in the background laughing also. The woman told me that she apologized for the false alarm, it was her "mother's instinct."

So that's a great start to my morning, add profiling to that list and I'll have one fantastic day. If I made up all these goddamn stories/characters and kept it bottled up inside 24/7, I'd go f*cking crazy. Talking to myself is the least of anyone's worries. There's nothing wrong with entertaining yourself.

People that don't are f*cking boring.

Over the last week the weather has been annoying but it’s very nice this morning and likely to continue, I’m thinking of getting ice cream and doing something like taking a cold shower. :)

I mean considering that you killed some birds just for being loud, I can see why people would think you're a school shooter you f*cking loon.

Today i had to go to some office to sort some things out. The building was in this style where furniture are modern, but hallway walls are naked bricks and without windows.
So the office was on the top floor and i had to use stairs. Everything was fine, but there wasn't any light source at the stairwell. And i just came indoors from sunny streets, so my eyes couldn't adapt that fast. My smartest idea was to pull out my phone and light my way with the screen. Aaand it didn't go that well. You see, my phone is pretty much old (it was made in 2009 and it's actually collapsing little by little, i have to tape him up) and doesn't have a flashlight, i lighted my way with the screen showing a Doodle Jump main menu, because it's the brightest image on my phone.
I felt like i was going through SCP-087. I was literally crouching, because phone's light range was maybe 20cm.
Best office trip so far.

I bought a tin of anchovies for the first time today. Never again. sh*t's nasty and salty as f*ck. Tasted like sweat. My breath smelled like something died in my mouth.

Anchovies alone are pretty hard to eat. I like anchovies on pizza though, as long as there's not too many of them.
