Just making sure you know:

 

1. Go to your phone. [EDIT] Ingame phone.

2. Go to internet.

3. Go to Travel and whatever.

4. Go to one of the car dealerships - forgot which one it is - I THINK it`s the bottom one.

5. Should list it first, or top of page, with a big FREE where the price tag should be.

 

That`s what I did, anyway, as I was really on limited time and didn`t bother finding a spawn on Sandy Shores. So, just buy it, as you would normally on the internet.
