Coveted Playlist (PS3)

Now before everyone starts complaining about how this thread is so common, I'm only posting this so it's easier for the PS3 side to find this playlist. The playlist contains Coveted x16 (16 is the max amount you can have per playlist). I recommend you play the mission on hard and do it with a friend or two since it gets boring if you do it on your own. The payout is $18K and 1750RP on hard (not too sure about normal and easy) but this mission is pretty straight forward.

ANd that's not being sarcastic btw... I was grinding the hell out of it and then they changed it so you have to re-enter a session..

 

only thing that sped that up would be to be in a private session in the first place...

32 missions will come out at 576- So say, about 550 to cover ammo costs/armour etc... that's if you spend that money..

I made about 288K (didn't buy armor or ammo) throughout the whole playlist. So you'd pretty much only have to do this at least 2 times.

If you have a couple of friends you don't notice the time flying by... I always play this mission with 3 friends and before you know it you're another 500k GTA$ richer and had fun. Win/win.

Ah - that depends on how you do it though... I'm after RP gain, so I snipe every single enemy (and that's 4 hours with a break factored in..)..

 

Math is, base RP = 1825 IIRC, plus 25% free aim bonus, plus 625RP from all kills, so it comes out at 2950RP per mission...

But it's easier having them in a playlist. Can't have Rooftop Rumble in a playlist ONLY because you can't bookmark it. Luckily I was able to bookmark Coveted pre patch 1.10

Yeah but its RP I'm really after and getting (just under) 3K RP isn't bad, and $18,000 is a bonus tbh..

 

Once I've got to 120, I'll look at faster ways of getting money since RP isn't going to be such an issue..

 

(unless R* start adding more for even higher ranks, whcih I doubt..)

It's not realistic to have so many on the playlist. Mine will have 6 for a 108K routine. I doubt many will want to play it 16 times in a row.

I could always make it smaller if I wanted to. This was just made so people could replay it without having to return back to freemode etc. Will make a 6 one later on today (It's like 3:28am in New Zealand)

My 21-day Coveted grind is going well and I'm down to needing about 20 missions a day to get to lvl 120 in the time I said..

 

I'm almost tempted to up it to 25 missions a day, just so I can get a Roosevelt for my 2nd character...

The chopper mission "Chasing Tail" or something along those lines paid out around 37k for the first time last night. After that it was 18750 I think. Decent Trevor mission and an insane pay out. Just a heads up.

I'm level 32. I have just added this to the game according to a button on the page through the link. Does it mean Coveted will still appear in my job list or not? Will someone higher ranked still have to invite me? I hope it's the former!

Does this glitch still work by the way guy's? The one where you drive the car into the water, then get the heli, pick up the container and then just drop it near the shore and it completes the mission?

They've said as much in question replies on their support page that farming is acceptable.. in fact they expect people to do it.. sometyhing along the lines of people play games in different ways.. and it's not glitching or cheating.. simply doing a highly repetitive mission again and again and again and again and again and again...
