FBI WASHINGTON can go over spike tracks without tires popping!!!! but if you shoot them they will pop...Fbi washingtons will not chase you. You can only get the washington beside the pharmacy in downtown in an alley if you dont see it the first time go around the alley once then back it should be there.

If that's the case, that's pretty cool, but I noticed something;

When I'm being chased by the fuzz and I roll into a pay&spray, I come out with my car and run the spikes over by accident, sometimes.  That causes the meter to go back up to whatever it was.  But if I hop out of my car and get into another one, and run over the spikes, all you see is the flash the spikes cause, but no tire damage.  Not sure if anyone noticed, but the spikes only seem to effect the car you were driving in when they were put out, which kinda sucks because I'd love to see the cops on my @$$ fish tail and spin out on their own spikes.

nah, i've seen both cop cars and other cars slash their tires on the spike strips. pretty funny stuff.
