Contact Missions?

I have been trying to play some missions to earn cash and every single time I get in a deathmatch or a LTS or a Race. Where the hell are the missions? Plus coveted is gone.

Working fine for me, I got into a Rooftop Rumble first try.

When I join missions, 2/3 the time it puts me in Capture or Versus-Mission.

 

And vote screen isn't much better. I'd rather vote for job type and have the job be random than get 6 random jobs of every type and 'choose or go f*ck yeself.'

how are you trying to join jobs? through quick job or by:
