It may be more effective than jerking off in front of other guys to get them to leave glitch areas. Maybe a two-pronged attack - 1 guy jerking off and another blowing kisses. That should clear out Bob Mulet's pretty quickly.

I was kind of hoping players would use the kiss as a way of letting others know they mean no harm/don't want to fight.

 

Instead, I suspect people will just use it like the jerk action and spam it to annoy people.
